Prior to joining LNK, Joseph was an investment banker at Bear Stearns where he advised companies across a range of industries including consumer retail, lodging and transportation on strategic, financing and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Joseph received a BA, summa cum laude, in Philosophy from Brandeis University, where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa.
