Kayvan brings 7 years of private equity experience to the LNK team, and has been with LNK since the fund's inception. Prior to joining LNK, Kayvan was part of the consumer and retail team at Apax Partners that focused on growth capital, buyout and recapitalization investments in companies such as Spyder Active Sports, PVH (NYSE: PVH), Life Time Fitness (NYSE: LTM), and Performance Bicycle. Kayvan began his career at Montgomery Securities, where he also focused on capital raising and mergers and acquisitions for retail and consumer growth companies.

Kayvan is currently on the Board of Directors of Natural Food Holdings, and currently serves as a board observer for Ariat. He was previously a board observer for Spyder Active Sports. Kayvan received a Bachelor of Science in international economics from Georgetown University, from which he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He also earned an MBA degree with high distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
