LNK Partners, a private equity firm focused on the consumer and retail sector, is pleased to announce the naming of Kayvan Heravi as a Managing Director.

Kayvan has been with LNK since the firm’s inception and played an important role in the firm’s recent investment in Phillips-Van Heusen (PVH). LNK invested $100 million of equity in PVH to support their acquisition of Tommy Hilfiger in May of this year.

Prior to joining LNK, Kayvan was an integral part of the consumer and retail team at Apax Partners with LNK’s founders, focused on growth capital, buyout and recapitalization investments.

Kayvan began his career at Montgomery Securities, where he focused on capital raising and mergers and acquisitions for retail and consumer growth companies.

Kayvan holds a BS in international economics from Georgetown University, from which he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He also earned an MBA degree with high distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
