The Deal Awards Middle Market NYC 2020 named The Boston Beer Company acquisition of Dogfish Head the “Consumer, Retail, Food & Beverage Deal of the Year.” LNK Partners, Dogfish Head founders, and Dogfish Head Holding Co. were the sellers in the transaction.

In 2015, LNK made a minority investment in Dogfish Head, one of the leading brands in the craft beer industry. LNK partnered with Dogfish Head as the company grew its business and maintained its premium positioning in the industry.
